Gothic 3 - Glitches Make It Not Playable FIXED

Gothic as you so well know , and if you don't i just pity you, is one of the greatest western open free roaming world rpgs out there with a huge map to discover countless possibilities nice physics realistic fights clever spells and so on.

BUT, Pyranha Bytes seemed so eager to release it that they published it with so so so so so so so many errors bugs and glitches like enemies going through rocks, enemies hitting you getting you trapped in the hitting process that you end up losing all ur life by a mere scavenger, windows crashes, gaming engine crashes, where is the guru crahses, and the worst of all is that if you quick save often and in areas with a big amount of data to load there is quite a big chance to have a corrupted save game file (so avoid quick saving or quick saving in those kind otf areas)  ... the flaws are so many that you simply cant keep a nice pace and you end up giving up all hope. Thats really sad because apart from all those technical errors gothic 3 is a game that every serious gamer MUST play once in his life.

Fortunately for us, a patch came out called Community Patch thats simply erases all the above and smooths the gameplay experience almost to maximum, no crashes no errors no gaming engines stops etc. you simply play and enjoy.

You just have to download it from here , install it in the game folder directory, and play.

WARNING!!! The older savegames that you may have are not all compatible with this patch just check out here which of the them are really compatible. So it would be wise to keep a backup of your saved game file (usually and by default you will find them in file on your documents directory)

Gothic 3 - Grey Stamina Bar Fixed

Hello fellow gamers out there. I know thats this not a bug glitch or anything like that, but  i found that wuestion online in many sites and forums.

Its simply a disease status caused by several enemies troughout Myrtana such as Lurkers, Lizards, ripperbeasts, Trolls etc. and you can heal quite easily.

Just drink the white bottle with the blue circled cross and the diease its gone. Its a real pain in the bum bum cos this status effect keeps you fatigue all the time and your stamina replenishes really really slow.

It took me a while till to figure out what it was and how it can be cured so here it is a simple potion can make you day.

How To Turn Off Xbox Wireless Controller When Connected On Pc

Well u maybe are wondering how the hell you turn off the xbox controller after playing huh. You tried turning it off by pressing the home button?! or the synch button or whatever? Are beloved microsoft once again gave us a f***** awesome solution! YOU JUST CANT TURN IT OFF MANUALLY!!!!

You just have to wait for a short period of time leaving it idle and then it shuts off automatically! Well done MS!!!! Thats a great way of reserving batteries!!! 

Well you can always try to pull out the batteries but i just dont do that. It just doesnt seem right! 

Synch Xbox Wireless Controller to a Non Microsoft Receiver (PC)

After installing the drivers from the cd that comes with the wireless receiver the controller might still not work perfect ( the green light wont stay lit to the 1st port but it will keep changing places)

If you are quite unlucky and deal with that inconveniency do the following:

Go to your Control Panel

1.     Click on Hardware and Sound
2.     Click on Device Manager under Devices and Printers
3.     Scroll down the list to Other devices
4.     Double-click the Unknown device
5.     Click on the Hardware tab
6.     Click on Update Driver
7.     Select Browse my computer for driver software
8.     Select Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer
9.     Scroll down and select Microsoft Common Controller for Windows Class and click on Next
10.     Select Xbox 360 Wireless Receiver for Windows and click on Next
11.     When the warning message appears, select Yes

Medal of Honor Warfighter Crashes Alternate Fix (PC)

Hey there i know that EA keeps making our lives difficult with their gaming social Origin things and stuff like that and i am really missing those days that you were actually installing your game and was ready to play or just inserting it on your console and you were ready to go.. but we have to keep up with those s*** so we have to figure out every obstacle we come across. So in a previous post you will find a few suggestion on how to fix those goddamn crashes but there are still possibilities that you are going to keep on encountering issues like i did. 

So i found an another solution on the web that seemed to have worked for me and im gonna present it to you right away. 

How To:

1. Browse your pc files : Documents > MOHW > Settings > PROF_SAVE_profile (open that last file with notepad) 

2. Change EVERY SINGLE NUMBER with "4" 

3. Save 

4. Run MOHW

ATTENTION: Always keep a  backup of the files that you temper with in order to replace it with the original one in case you alter it so much that is unreable.

Also im gonna give you for download the file that i altered and worked for me. Just unzip it and replace it with the one you will find in the folder

Medal of Honor Warfighter Errors, Crashes, Freezes and Fixes

The classic FPS experience is back in action, this time; however, it is set in the modern-day world. Medal of Honor: Warfighter just got released on PC along with Xbox 360 and PS3.

If you are a PC gamer, there are possibilities that you may face some problems/game breaking issues not letting you start or enjoy the game properly. Medal of Honor Warfighter had a descent beta run, but if you are still having problems in the full release, you can look for the solution in the points listed below.

Medal of Honor: Warfighter Punkbuster Fix

Multiplayer of Warfighter is based on Punkbuster as an anti-cheat system. If you are continuously being kicked out of the servers by punkbuster, make sure that you have it update from here using the pbsetup.

2 Meal of Honor: Warfighter – How to Change FOV

Warfighter allows a greater degree of customization (tweaks) so yes, you can change the default FOV by doing the following:

    Go to: C:\Users\[Your name]\Documents\EA Games\Medal of Honor\Multiplayer\settings.ini

    Open the file in notepad and search for the “FOV value”.

    By default it’s 55, you can change the number to whatever you want.

3 Medal of Honor: Warfighter Crash Fixes

If the game is being crashed continuously, make sure that you have done the following things:

After exiting steam, Browse to your Medal of Honor installation folder and run the following setups manually:

    \Steamapps\Common\medal of honor\install\Redistributable\vc8redist.exe

    \Steamapps\Common\medal of honor\install\Redistributable\vcredist.exe

    \Steamapps\Common\medal of honor\install\PunkBuster\pbsvc_moh.exe

And if you are using Windows 7 or Vista, you can do the following to avoid the crashes:

    Go to the “Start” menu, select “Run”, type “regedit” and click “OK”.

    Navigate to the registry key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\VALVE

    Right click and select “Permissions”

    Check the “Allow” boxes for “Admin” and “System” for both “Full control” and “Read”.

4 Medal of Honor: Warfighter Controls Issue

Started playing the game but the soldier automatically starts moving to a certain direction? Can’t change anything on the menu screen because of repeated up/down movements of cursor? If at any time you are prompted for your CD Key, please right-click the Single Player version of the game after it has been installed and click “View Game CD Key.” You may copy and paste the CD Key from that dialogue. If the “View Game CD Key” option is not available, please Verify Your Game Cache.

Permanent End For Kojima's & Del Toro's Silent Hills

Silent Hills, at least as some people imagined it, wont be completed. The very much anticipated new chapter created an enormous rackus with its playable teaser P.T. that it became available last summer. Once someone solved the riddle of the P.T. he could watch a trailer for the new game that was revealing the colaboration of Metal gear solid's, Hideo Kojima, the director Guillermo Del Toro an the protagonist of The Walking Dead series , Norman Reedus.

According to Reedus' and Del Toros' sayings there wont be an attempt to continue the production process. At San Francisco International Film Festival, Guillermo Del Toro, according to sayings stated that the cooperation "is not going to happen". After that Norman Reedus, posted at his twitter an article that was about the cancelation of that project while Konami confirmed at Eurogamer that the contract with the actor was no longer active. The reasons that led to the cancelation of the project remain unknown but Kojima is going to divorce with Konami.

The gap between Kojima Productions and Konami (where the studio belongs) will lead as it seems for the designer to quit after the completion of Metal Gear Solid 5. Although as it seems Silent Hills is a collateral damage of Kojima's and Konami's conflict, the last says that will continue producing the Silent Hill series, as will do with metal gear Solid even without Kojima. 

Whoever hasnt played the playble trailer is unlucky because it was active for download till today 29 of April.

Silent Hills May Officially Be Canceled

Okay, this is a little sketchy and I’m not going to say it’s 100% confirmed until it actually becomes 100% confirmed, but it’s still something that raises some serious concerns.

Apparently, last night at the San Francisco International Film Festival, acclaimed director/writer/producer Guillermo del Toro (Hellboy, Pan’s Labyrinth), was asked about the status of Silent Hills, the upcoming title in the long running Silent Hill series from Konami. His answer to the question was, “It’s not gonna happen and that breaks my greasy heart.”

This “quote” was tweeted by Matt Hackney, where it quickly spread like wildfire. One retweet came from del Toro’s own personal assistant, Ian Gibson, who also responded to another tweet essentially confirming that the information was true.

Once again, nothing has actually been confirmed and that original quote is a little suspicious. But ti should be noted that there are some actually concerning facts that do lend credence to this idea.

The first bit of evidence is that P.T., the playable teaser that revealed the Silent Hills title, is being pulled from the PSN store in the next few days. No explanation has been given for this.

The second piece of evidence is that director Hideo Kojima will be leaving Konami after the September release of Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain. Konami has stated that the Metal Gear series will continue after Kojima leaves but there has been nothing official stated about the Silent Hill series.

We’ll keep you updated as we learn more.

Personally, this was one of my most anticipated titles ever. I was holding off on buying either a PS4 or an Xbox One because I wanted to see if it was an exclusive title. The thought of Kojima, del Toro, and Norman Reedus (The Walking Dead) working together to create a new Silent Hill was almost too good to be true. Unfortunately, it seems that this was the case all along. It was just a matter of time.
